From the moment I began chatting to Jason I noticed that he was present and truly listening to me. Through our conversation it became apparent that he understood my emotional blocks. Over the past couple of years, I have done a lot of inner work, cleared a lot of blocks and I have become familiar with what my emotional and mental blocks to a better life were. I just couldn’t quite shift them. Jason was pretty quick at honing in on an incorrect self-belief that I was harbouring, one that I was completely unaware of too. It was a blind spot of mine. When he stated that which he believed to be my self-limiting belief, it was like time stopped for a moment. I was gobsmacked not only because it was true, but mostly because I had never seen it in this way before. I needed a moment to digest what he was suggesting and then it became a really liberating moment. The way that he framed the discussion allowed me to release this untrue self-belief by helping me to better understand the context of the limiting self belief, he helped me to see that it just isnt true and hence I was able to release it, instantly. In the weeks following my session with Jason I have continued to integrate my new perspective of myself and I am making adjustments to how I relate to the world around me. I am nurturing my upgraded perspective and am basking in this new reality of being. Jason gave me some tools to work with, and practices to take with me. These are so empowering and are helping me to continue to deeply heal myself and shift my internal world. The self-love and harmony in my life is expanding and it is beautiful. I will definitely continue working with Jason, he has a real gift.
